Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Mobile Phones: We do not accept returns on mobile phones if the seal has been broken. Please ensure the seal remains intact upon receiving your phone, as returns will not be accepted for phones with broken seals. If you have any issues with your phone, please contact us immediately.
For accessories and gaming equipment, the item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition.
Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address]. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the return.
Please note: Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues with Your Order
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item is delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work to resolve the issue and arrange for a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:
Mobile Phones: Returns are not accepted for phones with broken seals. Please check your phone’s packaging carefully upon receipt. Once the seal is broken, the return will not be processed.
Sale Items: We cannot accept returns for items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
Gift Cards: Returns are not accepted for gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, we recommend processing a return for the unwanted item and then placing a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
